    Nature & Scope·         

    • Take direction from the on-site Fire Alarm Service Representative, supervisors, coordinators, and/or support staff as defined by company policy

    Nature & Scope

This position is accountable for inspection, repair, installation, verification, modification, and troubleshooting life safety systems for customers on behalf of the Company.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform system verifications on all size projects
    • Perform inspections and troubleshooting on all life safety systems

    • Keep current through Company training with all applicable legislated codes and standards

    Job Tasks

    • Service – Wet, dry, pre-action systems, small renovations that require modifications. Trouble shoot systems that are not in proper operation. Make applicable repairs
    • Contracts – Install new systems in both retro and new builds. Coordinate with onsite trades, track and order material, follow track and report on safety procedures

    Responsibilities:

    • The Preventive Maintenance Account (PMA) Coordinator reports to the Regional PMA Sales Manager
    • The PMA Coordinator will have an assigned Region which may include one or multiple branches
    • The PMA Coordinator may be required to travel to all assigned branches within the assigned territory

    The PMA Coordinator is to:

      • work in collaboration with the PMA Managers in each assigned office to support the administrative responsibilities involved with agreement renewals.
      • generate Renewal reporting from Vista, specifically 3 months ahead of the PMA expiration date for all lines of business in the assigned region

  • Processing and tracking local purchases, and ensuring associated documentation are forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for keeping branch records for expenses and updating them accordingly.
  • Review all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head Office.
  • Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordination/Scheduling experience an asset
  • 2-year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
