     As part of our national contract management team, the duties for this position will include:

    • Evaluate and negotiate contract agreements for products and services on a national basis.
    • Serve as liaison with customer contracting representatives.
    • Prepare and edit contracts with potential clients or subcontractors by assessing project performance and identifying the need for amendments.
    • Preparation of variance forms and supplementary conditions where required.

    Our Ottawa branch is looking for an experienced Fire Protection Manager to join their team! In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the Ottawa area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Directly involved in estimating and project management
    • Complete managerial duties relating to sprinkler system sales, project management of quoted service work, as well as deficiencies and spin-offs from inspection accounts.
    • Ensure sprinkler division staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.

    The IT Support Technician provides help and advice to users using computer software or equipment. This role supports the corporate IT environment as the first line of support for all users who have computer issues and questions.
