- Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities
- Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders/contracts
- Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
- Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
- Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
- Effectively manage projects to successful and profitable completion
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Diploma from Seneca in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study
- 3+ years' experience in design, installation, sales, or project management in the fire protection industry
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
