Preventive Maintenance Account Coordinator

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing Preventive Maintenance Account Coordinator to join our Dartmouth, NS Team!
Responsibilities:
- The Preventive Maintenance Account (PMA) Coordinator reports to the Regional PMA Sales Manager
- The PMA Coordinator will have an assigned Region which may include one or multiple branches
- The PMA Coordinator may be required to travel to all assigned branches within the assigned territory
The PMA Coordinator is to:

- work in collaboration with the PMA Managers in each assigned office to support the administrative responsibilities involved with agreement renewals.
- generate Renewal reporting from Vista, specifically 3 months ahead of the PMA expiration date for all lines of business in the assigned region
- run profitability reports by customer/agreement and recommend proposed pricing based on target gross margin budget/expectations
- collaborate with each PMA Manager to confirm renewal pricing
- distribute renewal letters/agreements to the end customer in DocuSign, follow up and upload signed agreements into Vista
- activate the PMA agreement once the agreement is fully executed
- update customer information in Vista (i.e. service rates, customer contact information, mobilization charges, agreement notes, scope labour estimates, customer email addresses, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; and/or 3 years' working experience
- Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in ERP/Data Management/HRIS Systems and advanced computer ability considered a strong asset
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is considered an asset but nor required
- Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety considered an asset but not required
