Fleet Services Coordinator

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a Fleet Services Coordinator to join our headquarters in Owen Sound, ON.
In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Manager, Customer Service & Financial Analyst for matters relating to supporting the calculation of Sales Incentive plans, financial reporting and cellular program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Company’s vehicle fleet.
- Act as the first point of contact for Fleet Operations inquiries from field personnel.
- Ensure all fleet processes are completed in a timely manner with records maintained accordingly.
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the fleet accident program, including receiving accident reports, engaging with insurers (when required), coordinating/facilitating vehicle repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining the fleet maintenance program, including coordinating/facilitating vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with launching and maintaining the company GPS system including input, setups, maintenance and minor support to Field Operations.
- Responsible for obtaining all employee documentation relating to the operation of a company vehicle per company policy, including gathering copies of driver’s licenses, abstracts, signed policies, etc.
- Assist with the sourcing and replacement of vehicles at required intervals.
- Assist with building and maintaining vehicle selector, including maintaining company intranet fleet page(s)
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Fleet Coordinator
- Experience working within a FLeet Maintenance Program considered an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer software skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to maintain interpersonal relations and diplomacy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced working within a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
